i2 Development Limited has successfully introduced upscale residential projects, hosting a noteworthy event at the Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel in Accra, attended by dignitaries from diverse sectors. The affair featured captivating performances by renowned musicians Samini and Adina, enhancing its overall grandeur. Prestige Development is poised to encompass 2.88 acres of land, strategically located near the Airport Shell Fuel Station and directly opposite the Marina Mall.
The objective of Prestige is to enhance the visual appeal of the Airport skyline, redefine opulent living in Ghana’s capital, and make a substantial contribution to the nation’s tourism revenue. Youssef Aitour, Co-Founder and Managing Director of i2 Development Ghana Limited, conveyed appreciation to the government in a brief address, acknowledging their role in fostering an investment-friendly climate that facilitated the realization of the Prestige project.
Expressing gratitude for the Government of Ghana’s substantial support, Aitour highlighted that the project is anticipated to generate over 2000 job opportunities directly and indirectly through contractors and subcontractors. He also recognized the government’s pivotal role in maintaining a secure and stable investment climate conducive to ventures like Prestige.
During the event, Minister for Works and Housing, Francis Asenso-Boakye, affirmed the government’s unwavering commitment and support for i2 Development Ghana Limited’s Prestige residential project.
